From data to conclusions

Work backwards from your findings: what patterns do you see in the responses, and what are the plain facts? How do you interpret them in the given context — what's the honest summary? What are the key takeaways, and what should you actually do based on them?

Write down your results, interpret the findings, summarize your conclusions — and only then formulate recommendations and next steps.
